Shipping insurance prevents headaches.

It applies when your package is lost, stolen or damaged during shipment.
With insurance, we can ship another package immediately.

Otherwise, you will have to work with USPS. Buyers who do not purchase insurance will be responsible for filing claims and any associated paperwork, and will be required to re-order the item.

We will not be held responsible for damage or loss shippments, when insurance is not purchased. For ALL of these reasons and more, we advise that you purchase the insurance,

WHEN PAYING WITH A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER

Please email us for the correct total with shipping, that will need to be paid.

Send your payment with a printout of your receipt.
Include your order number on the check.
Include your phone number and physical shipping address.
