Ingredients:
8 - 10 small whold red potatoes
6 eggs
mayonnaise
Borel's Cajun Zing Seasoning
Directions:
Boil
eggs and potatoes.
In a large bowl, mash eggs thoroughly.
Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
After potaatoes are cooked,
drain and place in a large bowl.
* For a creamy salad,
mash all potatoes in a large bowl.
**For a chunky
salad, place potatoes in a large bowl.
Pour egg mixture
into large bowl with potatoes.
Add Borel's Cajun Zing
Seasoning to desired taste.
More mayonnaise may be
added for a creamier salad.
